the staff were super friendly and helpful! the book cafe was a great vibe. i loved being able to borrow books. the hotel very kindly shipped our luggage to our next destination with no fuss!
The mattress was quite soft plus a double size bed is two beds put aside. The gap in between was quite uncomfortable.

i totally adored my stay
excellent locationluggage transfer
the hotel's location is amazing near many vintage stores. i went to the cafe twice for breakfast it was excellent. watanabe helped me book yamato for luggage transfer. he also offered cool suggestions about the area i really appreciated that kind of help

The location had many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and very quiet.
The hotel lobby doubled as a cafe open to the public. It felt consistently cramped, so hotel guests had no guaranteed seating. This situation was disappointing, because I expected a more exclusive experience for hotel residents.

The team service was really nice. They were very cooperative when I forgot my jacket! It was also great they found a solution while I was traveling.
The lobby was also the cafe. It was open to the public! This made the space cramped pretty consistently throughout the day until late. There were no guarantees you could sit in the cafe because of the limited seats,.
